23.6-Inch Tall Electric Metal Water Fountain. Fountain has Two Galvanized Steel Buckets; One Smaller Bucket with Hole Along the Upper Rim and Funnel Piece to Allow Water to Flow Into the Other Larger Bucket at the Fountain's Base. Smaller Bucket is Affixed to a Metal Piece Inserted Along the Upper Rim of the Larger Bucket. Both Buckets Have Handles (non-Functional). Smaller Bucket Includes a Plastic Piece Feeding Up to the Brass Colored Faucet, and a Light at the Base of the Plastic Piece.
